Individual Therapy (Ages 8+):

I offer a grounded space to slow down and rebuild trust in yourself. I work with clients who are exploring identity, navigating overwhelm, or longing to feel more regulated. I have a special affinity for neurodivergent clients and those seeking a holistic, integrative approach. To meet the needs of your unique nervous system, I offer a flexible environment. For individual sessions, we can meet via secure telehealth, in my office located in NW Austin, TX or choose to meet outside for "Walk and Talk" or stationary outdoor sessions in the Austin area.

Family Counseling:

I support a wide range of family dynamics in bridging the gap between misunderstanding and attunement. I have a particular affinity for the mother-daughter relationship, helping you create a shared language for connection.
