Meet Kelsey
My approach to therapy is built on twenty years of finding my way back to awareness & acceptance of my mind-body-spirit. That journey started on a yoga mat at fourteen and has carried me through the complexities of trauma, recovery, and the unique rhythms of late-diagnosed ADHD. I don't believe in "fixing" people; I believe in helping them regulate so they can actually enjoy their lives.
When I’m not in the therapist chair, I’m likely out in nature, traveling, or connecting with my people through fun, deep convos, or laughter. I’m a devotee to my two dogs and a firm believer in the power of music, dance, rants, other forms of expression, and the occasional comedy show to reset the system. I’m also someone who knows that even when you love to create, the motivation isn't always easy to find. I’ve lived the "stuck" moments and the "performing" moments, and my goal is to create a space where you don't have to do either. We’re just here to get you back to your most grounded & authentic expression.
Who I Work With
Individuals (8+): Children, teens, and adults navigating trauma, life transitions, or a nervous system that feels "stuck" in stress or overwhelm.
The Neurodivergent Community: Adults and youth exploring ADHD, Autism, or AuDHD.
Families: Parent-child dynamics and specialized support for mother-daughter relationships.
Body-Mind Seekers: Anyone interested in somatic healing and mindfulness.
How We Work
My style is trauma-informed and body-based. We bridge talk therapy with tools that help your nervous system feel safe.
Somatic & Mindfulness: As an RYT 200, I use grounding, somatic breathing, and movement to help you rebuild trust in your body.
Parts Work: I use IFS-informed tools to help you understand the different "parts" of yourself—like your inner critic or the part that feels stuck.
Creative Tools: When words aren't enough, we might use Sand Tray, Art Therapy, or Tapping (EFT) to process emotions.
Clinical Perspectives: My work is guided by Polyvagal Theory, the Window of Tolerance, and mindfulness.
Where We Meet
Telehealth: Secure video sessions across all of Texas.
In-person: located in North West Austin
